Description
Crispy and colorful potato wedges cooked in an air fryer for a healthier alternative to deep frying.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes (assorted colors like sweet, purple, and white)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
- Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Toss wedges with olive oil and spices in a bowl.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check for crispiness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
