Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced lengthwise
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until tender and crispy.
- Whip ricotta until smooth.
- Mix honey and chili flakes in a small bowl.
- Spread ricotta on a plate, top with carrots, and drizzle with hot honey.
