Description
A simple and healthy dish featuring roasted cauliflower cooked in an air fryer, served with a creamy tahini dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whisk tahini, lemon juice, garlic, water, and cumin until smooth.
- Drizzle tahini dressing over roasted cauliflower.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra flavor, add paprika or chili flakes.
