Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, whisk tahini, lemon juice, garlic, water, and cumin until smooth.
  6. Drizzle tahini dressing over roasted cauliflower.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
