Description
Make perfectly roasted red peppers in your air fryer with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds.
- Toss peppers with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place peppers in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip halfway through.
- Remove when edges are charred and peppers are tender.
