Description
Crispy golden fries infused with aromatic rosemary and thyme, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick fries.
- Rinse fries and pat dry.
- Toss fries with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place fries in air fryer basket in single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
- Serve immediately.

- For crispier fries, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
