Description
A crispy and juicy rotisserie-style chicken sandwich made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 sandwich buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and mayo for serving
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken evenly with the spice mix.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10 minutes.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Slice chicken and assemble sandwiches with buns, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
