Description
A quick and easy way to make salad dressing using your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a small oven-safe bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey.
- Place the bowl in the air fryer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Remove the dressing from the air fryer and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk well before drizzling over your salad.
Notes
- Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more honey or vinegar.
- Use a silicone or heatproof glass bowl to prevent melting.
