Description
Crispy salmon fish sticks made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut salmon into 1-inch wide strips
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl
- Beat eggs in separate bowl
- Dip salmon strips in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes
- Place coated salmon in air fryer basket in single layer
- Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway
- Serve immediately
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket
- Check internal temperature reaches 145°F
