Description
Crispy and flavorful salmon nuggets made easily in the air fryer with fresh dill and lemon.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for gluten-free)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix salmon cubes with olive oil, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the salmon gently in breadcrumbs until lightly coated.
- Place salmon nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of salmon cubes.
- Serve with tartar sauce or yogurt dill sauce for dipping.
