Description

Crispy and flavorful salmon nuggets made easily in the air fryer with fresh dill and lemon.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for gluten-free)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix salmon cubes with olive oil, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the salmon gently in breadcrumbs until lightly coated.
  4. Place salmon nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and dipping sauce of choice.
