Description

A quick and healthy air fryer salmon taco bowl with fresh pineapple salsa.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 avocado, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Rub salmon with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
