Description
Crispy pizza pockets with a samosa-inspired filling, made easy in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, and oil. Add water to form a dough.
- Cook cumin seeds in oil, add peas, mashed potatoes, and spices.
- Roll dough into small circles. Fill with potato mixture and cheese.
- Fold into pockets and seal edges.
- Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
Notes
- Use store-bought pizza dough to save time.
- Adjust spice levels to your taste.
- Serve with mint chutney or ketchup.
