Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shaved
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the shaved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until slightly crispy.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked Brussels sprouts with cranberries and almonds.
- Whisk together apple cider vinegar and honey, then drizzle over the salad.
- Toss well and serve immediately.
