Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, rice, bell peppers, onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp is cooked and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
