Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in Arborio rice and toast for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in white wine and cook until absorbed.
  6. Transfer mixture to air fryer basket and add shrimp.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway.
  8. Add broth gradually, stirring occasionally.
  9. Once rice is tender, mix in Parmesan, butter, salt, and pepper.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
