Description

Make crispy and delicious shrimp shumai using your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 20 wonton wrappers


Instructions

  1. Chop shrimp finely and mix with cabbage, scallions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  2. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the edges of the wrapper up around the filling, leaving the top open.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place shumai in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

  • Use fresh shrimp for best texture.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
