Description
Make crispy and delicious shrimp shumai using your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 20 wonton wrappers
Instructions
- Chop shrimp finely and mix with cabbage, scallions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the edges of the wrapper up around the filling, leaving the top open.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place shumai in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best texture.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Serve immediately for crispiness.
