Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick fries
- Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes
- Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels
- Toss with olive oil and spices
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes
- Shake basket halfway through cooking
