Description

Ingredients
- 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 small bread rounds or crackers
- 1 tbsp capers (optional)
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, dill, lemon zest, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture on bread rounds or crackers.
- Top with smoked salmon slices and capers if using.
- Lightly brush with olive oil.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes until edges are crispy.
- Serve warm.

- Use gluten-free crackers for a gluten-free version.
- Replace cream cheese with dairy-free alternatives if needed.
- For a crispier texture, air fry for an extra 1-2 minutes.
