Description

Crispy homemade smoky chipotle BBQ chips made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chipotle powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning


Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. Soak slices in cold water for 15 minutes to remove starch.
  3. Pat slices completely dry with paper towels.
  4. Toss slices with olive oil and all seasonings.
  5. Arrange slices in single layer in air fryer basket.
  6. Cook at 380°F for 8 minutes, flip, then cook 5 more minutes.
  7. Let cool before serving.
