Description
Crispy homemade smoky chipotle BBQ chips made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
Instructions
- Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Soak slices in cold water for 15 minutes to remove starch.
- Pat slices completely dry with paper towels.
- Toss slices with olive oil and all seasonings.
- Arrange slices in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 380°F for 8 minutes, flip, then cook 5 more minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in airtight container for up to 3 days
- Adjust spice levels to your preference
