Description
Crispy tofu wraps with smoky flavor, cooked in an air fryer for a healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu (14 oz), pressed and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup vegan mayo
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss tofu cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Air fry tofu for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
- Warm tortillas for 30 seconds.
- Spread vegan mayo on tortillas.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, and crispy tofu.
- Roll tortillas tightly and serve.
Notes
- Press tofu for 30 minutes to remove excess water.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Serve with hot sauce if desired.
