Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix potato and carrot wedges with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
