Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix potato and carrot wedges with olive oil.
- Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip.
Notes
- For crispier wedges, increase cook time by 2-3 minutes.
- Swap paprika with smoked paprika for a deeper flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
