Crispy and flavorful Spanish paprika wings made in the air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp smoked Spanish paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked Spanish paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Toss the wings in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, let the wings sit uncovered in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
