Description
A quick and flavorful breakfast featuring crispy avocado toast topped with spicy chili butter and eggs, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toast the bread slices in the air fryer for 3 minutes until crispy.
- Mash the avocado and spread it evenly on the toasted bread.
- Melt the butter and mix in the chili flakes.
- Drizzle the spicy butter over the avocado toast.
- Crack the eggs into the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Place the eggs on top of the toast.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
- Use sourdough or whole-grain bread for extra flavor.
- Adjust chili flakes to your preferred spice level.
- For runny yolks, cook eggs for 4 minutes.
