Description

A quick and easy spicy Korean cucumber salad made in the air fryer, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic.
  3. Toss the cucumber slices in the sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Place the cucumbers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 5 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, serve chilled.
  • Adjust gochujang for milder or spicier taste.
