Description
A quick and easy spicy Korean cucumber salad made in the air fryer, perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic.
- Toss the cucumber slices in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Place the cucumbers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, serve chilled.
- Adjust gochujang for milder or spicier taste.
- Best eaten fresh, but lasts 1 day in the fridge.
