Description
Crispy, spicy lentil chips made in an air fryer for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mash cooked lentils with a fork.
- Mix in olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread thinly on parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use cooled lentils for easier mashing.
- Adjust spice level to taste.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
