Description
Easy and delicious air fryer spinach and feta puff pastry pinwheels. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Place pinwheels in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use cold puff pastry for easier handling.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
