Description
Crispy and delicious spring rolls made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken (optional)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
- 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, chicken (if using), soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each spring roll wrapper and fold tightly, sealing the edges with water.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush the spring rolls with oil.
- Place spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh wrappers for best results.
- Avoid overfilling to prevent breaking.
- Check frequently to prevent burning.
