Description

Crispy and delicious spring rolls made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken (optional)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
  • 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, chicken (if using), soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
  2. Place a spoonful of filling on each spring roll wrapper and fold tightly, sealing the edges with water.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly brush the spring rolls with oil.
  5. Place spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
