Description
Crispy fries with a spicy sriracha mayo drizzle, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place fries in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the sriracha mayo over the cooked fries before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust sriracha amount to control the heat level.
