Description

A quick and easy steak quesadilla made in the air fryer, perfect for a tasty meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix steak with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place steak in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Remove steak and let rest for 2 minutes. Slice into thin strips.
  5. Lay out tortillas. On half of each tortilla, layer cheese, steak, bell peppers, cilantro, and red onion.
  6. Fold tortillas over the filling.
  7. Place quesadillas in the air fryer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve hot.

  • Use pre-cooked steak for a faster option.
  • Swap Monterey Jack with cheddar or pepper jack.
  • Add a side of salsa or sour cream for dipping.
