Description

Ingredients
- 1 (8-10 oz) ribeye or sirloin steak
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway.
- While the steak cooks, melt butter in a small pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the steak and garnish with parsley.
