Description

A juicy air fryer steak topped with a creamy garlic sauce. Quick to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-10 oz) ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway.
  4. While the steak cooks, melt butter in a small pan over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the steak and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on your preferred doneness.
