Description
Crispy and flavorful chicken thighs coated in a sticky sweet chili sauce, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs.
- Brush the chicken with the sweet chili mixture and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, cook skin-side down first.
