A crispy, flavorful grilled cheese sandwich made in the air fryer with sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, and pesto for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 4 sun-dried tomato halves, chopped
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Spread pesto on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, and cheese on one slice.
- Top with the other bread slice, pesto side down.
- Butter the outside of both slices.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use thick-cut bread for better texture.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add more cheese for extra meltiness.
