Description

A crispy, flavorful grilled cheese sandwich made in the air fryer with sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, and pesto for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 4 sun-dried tomato halves, chopped
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  2. Spread pesto on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, and cheese on one slice.
  4. Top with the other bread slice, pesto side down.
  5. Butter the outside of both slices.
  6. Place in the air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot.
