A quick and easy buffalo chicken pizza made in the air fryer, perfect for game day or any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Spread buffalo sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Place the pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Add crumbled blue cheese if desired.
- Slice and serve immediately.

- Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
