Description
Crispy and flavorful wings glazed with a sweet soy ginger sauce, made easily in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss the chicken wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Pat the wings dry before coating for crispier results.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
- For extra stickiness, brush wings with extra glaze after cooking.
