Description
A quick and easy one-pot meal that combines the flavors of tacos with creamy mac and cheese, all made in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and mix in taco seasoning.
- Combine macaroni, water, and milk in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Air fry at 360°F for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Add cheese, cooked beef, tomatoes, and corn. Stir until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
