Description
Easy-to-make air fryer taco pocket bites filled with seasoned beef, cheese, and veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in cheese, tomatoes, onions, and olives.
- Spoon filling onto each tortilla, fold into pockets, and brush with olive oil.
- Air fry at 375°F for 5-7 minutes until crisp.
- Serve warm with salsa or sour cream.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken or beans for variation.
- Adjust spice level with jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
