Description

Crispy and flavorful tandoori chicken bites cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.


Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, oil, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken pieces and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.

Notes

  • For best results, marinate chicken for 2-4 hours.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
