Description
Crispy and flavorful tandoori chicken bites cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, oil, and salt in a bowl.
- Add chicken pieces and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Arrange chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
Notes
- For best results, marinate chicken for 2-4 hours.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
