Description
Crispy Thai Green Curry Chicken Bites made in the air fryer for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Mix chicken with green curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, and brown sugar.
- Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss chicken with vegetable oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less curry paste.
- Serve with rice or lettuce wraps.
