A quick and easy air fryer recipe for a delicious three-cheese blend melt. Perfect for a snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle the cheddar, mozzarella, and Swiss cheeses evenly on top.
- Cover with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a minute before serving.
Notes
- Use any combination of cheeses you prefer.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or dried herbs.
- Check the melt halfway through cooking to prevent burning.
