Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup enchilada sauce
- 1/4 cup diced green chilies
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cheddar, Monterey Jack, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Stir in enchilada sauce, green chilies, cilantro, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway, until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
Notes
