Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into wedges and toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Air fry wedges for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan over wedges.
- Air fry for 3-5 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Top with green onions and serve with sour cream if desired.
