Description
Quick and crispy tofu nugget bites made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss tofu cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Coat tofu with breadcrumbs.
- Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
