Description

Crispy, spiral-cut potatoes cooked in an air fryer with garlic and herbs for a delicious snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the potatoes.
  2. Spiral-cut the potatoes using a spiralizer.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the spiral potatoes in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
