Description
Crispy, spiral-cut potatoes cooked in an air fryer with garlic and herbs for a delicious snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Spiral-cut the potatoes using a spiralizer.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the spiral potatoes in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Use russet or Yukon Gold potatoes for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
