Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay tortillas flat and divide rice, beans, cheese, and chicken evenly among them.
  3. Drizzle salsa and sour cream over the fillings.
  4. Sprinkle taco seasoning on top.
  5. Fold tortillas into burritos, tucking in the sides.
  6. Brush burritos lightly with olive oil.
