Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced (optional)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay tortillas flat and divide rice, beans, cheese, and chicken evenly among them.
- Drizzle salsa and sour cream over the fillings.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning on top.
- Fold tortillas into burritos, tucking in the sides.
- Brush burritos lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving or storing.
