Description
Crispy air-fried tortilla chips topped with melted cheese and fresh toppings. A quick snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup black beans (rinsed)
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)
Instructions
- Cut tortillas into triangles
- Toss with olive oil and salt
- Air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes
- Flip chips and air fry 3 more minutes
- Top with cheese and beans
- Air fry 2 minutes until cheese melts
- Add remaining toppings
- Serve immediately
Notes
- Use flour tortillas for softer chips
- Add cooked chicken for protein
- Store leftovers in airtight container
