Ingredients
- 1 tortilla (whole wheat or flour)
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)
- 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
- Place the tortilla on a flat surface and spread pizza sauce evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Lightly brush the edges with olive oil for crispiness (optional).
- Place the tortilla pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are golden.
- Remove carefully and let cool for 1 minute before slicing.
