Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp truffle oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Drizzle truffle oil and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the fries.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
