Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, truffle oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Toss potato slices in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Place slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
