Description
Crispy air-fried mushroom nuggets with truffle flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp truffle oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss mushrooms in truffle oil.
- Dip mushrooms in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
