Description
Crispy fries with truffle oil and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into thin fries.
- Toss fries with truffle oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place fries in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over fries.
- Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use russet potatoes for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on fry thickness.
- Add extra parmesan if desired.
