Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into thin fries.
- Toss fries with truffle oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
